Principal Consultant - Media

Principal Consultants are responsible for:

• Conducting research, analysis and preparation of project deliverables. Our projects encompass Business Strategy, Operational, Organizational and Technology Strategy, Product Definition and Architecture, Execution Management, etc.;
• Program management and business development;
• Providing clear articulation of complex issues and findings to project team and clients;
• Supporting practice and business development activities.

Successful candidates must have a demonstrable track record of leadership, as well as deep experience in the following:

• 10+ years' work experience, including 5+ years in management consulting (preferably with a big 4 consulting company);
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with a Masters degree or MBA;
• Experience with media industry clients;
• Experience in two or more of the following functions a must:
  • Business or technology strategy development
  • Project experience with studios
  • Business and technology operational process definition and optimization
  • Definition and management of systems integration and QA testing
  • Product and functional requirements
  • Functional architecture definition
  • Complex project/program management
• Superior oral and written communications skills;
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Pro-active and confident with proven leadership skills
